Artículo 741

ARTICULO 741. Los habitantes del Estado tendrán iguales derechos en materia de educación y el gobierno
les ofrecerá las mismas oportunidades para adquirirla, dentro de los requisitos legales y reglamentarios
exigidos para los distintos tipos de educación.
