ARTÍCULO 221. - A LOS QUE COMETAN EL DELITO DE C ONCUSIÓN, SE LES
APLICARÁ PRISIÓN DE DOS A OCHO AÑOS Y PAGARÁN UNA MULTA IGUAL AL
DOBLE DE LA CANTIDAD QUE HUBIERE EXIGIDO.
SI NO PASARE DE DIEZ CUOTAS, SE LES IMPONDRA DE TRES MESES A DOS AÑOS
DE PRISION, SIN PERJUICIO DE LAS SANCIONES A QUE SE REFIERE E L PARRAFO
ANTERIOR.
