ARTÍCULO 256 .- A LOS RESPONSABLES DEL DELITO A QUE SE REFIEREN LAS
FRACCIONES I Ó II DEL ARTÍCULO ANTERIOR, SE LOS SANCIONARÁ CON PRISIÓN
DE UN MES A TRES AÑOS Y MULTA DE UNA A DIEZ CUOTAS. A QUIEN COMETA EL
DELITO PREVISTO EN LA FRACCIÓN III DEL ARTÍCULO ANTERIOR SE LE IMPONDRÁ
UNA PENA DE PRISIÓN DE SEIS MESES A SEIS AÑOS DE PRISIÓN Y MULTA DE
VEINTE A CINCUENTA CUOTAS.
