ARTICULO 69. - NO SE IMPONDRA PENA ALGUNA A QUIEN POR CULPA CAUSE
LESIONES O LA MUERTE A SU CONYUGE, PUPILOS, FAMILIARES, CONCUB INA,
CONCUBINARIO O PERSONAS CON LAS QUE ESTE LIGADA POR AFECTO O
RESPETO, EXCEPTO CUANDO SE ENCUENTRE BAJO LOS EFECTOS DE BEBIDAS
EMBRIAGANTES O DE ENERVANTES.
EN ESTE CASO, LA SANCION NO EXCEDERA DE LAS TRES CUARTAS PARTES DE
LA SEÑALADA EN EL ARTICULO 65.
