Artículo 219. La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, los plenos regionales y los tribunales colegiados de circuito deberán remitir las tesis a la dependencia de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación encargada del Semanario Judicial de la Federación, para su publicación.
