Artículo 134

Artículo 134.- Las reuniones serán presididas por el Presidente o, en su ausencia, por su suplente; el Pleno sesionará por instrucciones del mismo o a petición de, por lo menos, dos de sus miembros, previa notificación por escrito de sus integrantes con cinco días hábiles de antelación a la misma.
