Artículo 133

Artículo 133.- Las consultas se llevaran a cabo:
a) Cuando les afecte directa o indirectamente decisiones que repercuten en su
vida cotidiana, en su organización social, en su entorno natural y cultural; en sus
aspiraciones y prioridad de desarrollo;
b) Cuando afecten sus tierras, territorios y recursos naturales que han poseído,
ocupado o utilizado tradicionalmente;
