Artículo *7.- Son autoridades, en sus respectivos ámbitos de competencia, para
efectos de aplicación de la presente Ley:
I. El Poder Ejecutivo del Estado;
II. La Secretaría de Desarrollo Agropecuario, del Gobierno del Estado.
III. La Secretaría de Hacienda, del Gobierno del Estado;
IV. La Secretaría de Salud, del Gobierno del Estado;
V. Fiscalía General del Estado de Morelos;
VI. Los Ayuntamientos Constitucionales del Estado;
