Artículo 86

ARTÍCULO 86.- A la Secretaría le corresponde aplicar las disposiciones que sobre preservación y aprovechamiento sustentable de especies de fauna silvestre establezcan ésta y otras leyes, y autorizar su aprovechamiento en actividades económicas, sin perjuicio de las facultades que correspondan a otras dependencias, conforme a otras leyes.
