Artículo 70

Artículo 70. Los actos procedimentales que deban ser resueltos por el órgano jurisdiccional se llevarán a cabo mediante audiencias, salvo los casos de excepción que prevea esta Ley. Las cuestiones debatidas en una audiencia deberán ser resueltas en ella.
