Artículo 35

ARTÍCULO 35.- El Presidente de la República portará la Banda Presidencial en las ceremonias oficiales de mayor solemnidad, pero tendrá obligación de llevarla:
I.- En la transmisión del Poder Ejecutivo Federal;
II.- Al rendir anualmente su informe ante el Congreso de la Unión;

III.- En la conmemoración del Grito de Dolores, la noche del 15 de septiembre, y
IV.- Al recibir las cartas credenciales de los embajadores y ministros acreditados ante el Gobierno Mexicano.
