Artículo 176

Artículo 176.- La actualización a que se refiere el octavo párrafo del artículo 59 de la Ley deberá ser solicitada por el contratista por una sola ocasión.
El promedio de los índices señalados en el artículo 59 de la Ley se aplicará al monto total del contrato, entendiéndose que con ello se actualiza el costo de los insumos de los trabajos.
