INFORMES EN EL AMPARO DE LOS JEFES DE UNA OFICINA A NOMBRE DE SUS SUBORDINADOS, VALOR DE LOS.
De acuerdo con el artículo 19 de la Ley de Amparo, las autoridades responsables no pueden ser representadas en el juicio constitucional, sino sólo acreditar delegados en las audiencias, para el único objeto de que rindan pruebas, alegatos y hagan promociones en las mismas, mediante simple oficio en el que se acredite la expresa delegación, por lo que si no rinden en el juicio constitucional respectivo el informe previo, sino que lo hace en su nombre el jefe de las mencionadas autoridades, deben presumirse ciertos los actos de ellas reclamados.
