Los Magistrados de los Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito tienen el deber de informar que están impedidos de conocer de los asuntos en que habrían de intervenir, entre otros casos, cuando tengan enemistad manifiesta con algunas de las partes, o con sus abogados o representantes, de conformidad con el artículo 66, fracción VI, de la Ley de Amparo.
