ARTÍCULO 7
Las decisiones del Consejo Conjunto previstas en los artículos 5 y 6 del Acuerdo y que se refieran, respectivamente, al comercio de mercancías y de servicios, cubrirán debidamente el conjunto de esas cuestiones en un marco global y entrarán en vigor tan pronto como hayan sido adoptadas.
