Artículo 447

Artículo 447.- El que está sujeto a la patria potestad no puede comparecer en juicio,
ni contraer obligación alguna sin expreso consentimiento del que o de los que
ejerzan aquel derecho. En caso de irracional disenso, resolverá el juez.
