ARTICULO 156.- NO SE APLICARA LA SANCION A LOS QUE DEPONGAN LAS ARMAS
ANTES DE SER TOMADOS PRISIONEROS, SI NO SE HUBIERE COMETIDO ALGUNO
DE LOS DELITOS MENCIONADOS EN EL ARTICULO QUE SIGUE.
