ARTICULO 185. - CUANDO LA LEY AUTORICE EL EMPLEO DEL APR EMIO PARA
HACER EFECTIVAS LAS DETERMINACIONES DE LA AUTORIDAD, SOLO SE
CONSUMARA EL DELITO DE DESOBEDIENCIA CUANDO SE HUBIERE AGOTADO EL
MEDIO DE APREMIO QUE EL JUEZ HAYA DICTADO.
