ARTICULO 231 BIS. - LOS ACTOS DE DISPOSICIÓN DE ÓRGANOS, TEJIDOS Y SUS
COMPONENTES Y DERIVADOS, PRODUCTOS Y CADÁVERES DE SERES HUMANOS
CON FINES TERAP ÉUTICOS, DE DO CENCIA O INVESTIGACI ÓN, EFECTUADOS EN
LOS TÉRMINOS PREVISTOS POR LA LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE, ESTARÁN A SALVO
DE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD LEGAL DERIVADA DE LA APLICACIÓN DE ESTE
CÓDIGO.
