ARTICULO 74. - AL APLICAR LA LEY A UN DELITO, ESTE NO PODRA SER
CONSIDERADO MAS DE UNA VEZ PARA LOS EFECTOS DE LA DETERMINACION DE
LA SANCION, SALVO EN EL CASO DEL CONCURSO IDEAL.
