Artículo 13. Para efectos del SPC, la DGC en coordinación con las auditorías
especiales y las direcciones generales, será el responsable de diseñar, evaluar y
dar seguimiento al programa de capacitación para los miembros del SPC, así
como de emitir los reportes correspondientes.
