ARTICULO 73 NONIES. Corresponde a la Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil la elaboración, implementación, y mantenimiento del Programa General de Control de Calidad de la Seguridad de la Aviación Civil, previa autorización de la persona titular de la Secretaría.
