Artículo 157.- El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social formulará programas permanentes de incorporación de indígenas trabajadores agrícolas, productores temporaleros de zonas de alta marginalidad y todas aquellas familias campesinas cuya condición económica se ubique en pobreza extrema, a los cuales la Ley del Seguro Social reconoce como derechohabientes de sus servicios dentro del régimen de solidaridad social.
