ARTÍCULO 78.-
1. Los órganos centrales del Instituto son:
I. El Consejo General;
II. La Presidencia del Consejo General;
III. La Secretaría Ejecutiva;
IV. El Secretariado Técnico; y
V. La Contraloría General.
