Artículo 110

Artículo 110. La facultad de la Auditor ía Superior del Estado para promover los
Informes de Presunta Responsabilidad Administrativa prescribirá en los términos
establecidos por la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas y Ley de
Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado. (Ref. Por Decreto No. 248, publicado
en el P.O. No. 127 del 09 de octubre de 2017).
