Artículo 79

Artículo 79. Las responsabilidades que se finquen a los servidores públicos de los
entes públicos y de la Auditoría Superior del Estado, no eximen a éstos ni a los
particulares, personas físicas o morales, de sus obligaciones, cuyo cumplimiento se
les exigirá aun cuando la responsabilidad se hubiere hecho efectiva total o
