Artículo Transitorio 24

Artículo 24. Las disposiciones reglamentarias de esta Ley establecerán las
normas de organización y funcionamiento del Sistema Estatal de Planeación
Democrática del Desarrollo Sostenible y del proceso de planeación a que deberán
sujetarse las actividades conducentes a la formulación, instrumentación, control,
evaluación y reconducci ón de los planes y programas a que se refiere este
ordenamiento.
