Ley de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Servidores Públicos del Estado de Aguascalientes
Artículo 3
Vigencia verificada: 1 de noviembre de 2026, contra la fuente oficial — ver la publicación oficial
Artículo 3°.- Esta Ley se aplicará a:
I. Los Servidores Públicos integrados a los Gobiernos del Estado de Aguascalientes
y sus Municipios;
II. Los Servidores Públicos de los Organismos que por Ley deban ser incorporados
a su régimen;
III. Los Pensionados de los Gobiernos y Organismos a que se refieren las fracciones
anteriores;
IV. Los familiares beneficiarios de los Servidores Públicos y Pensionados a que se
refieren las fracciones anteriores;
V. El Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Servidores Públicos del
Estado de Aguascalientes; y
VI. Los Gobiernos y Organismos que menciona esta Ley.
