Artículo 56

ARTÍCULO 56.- Los gastos de funerales de los Miembros del Servicio Exterior, de su cónyuge, concubina o concubinario de sus dependientes económicos hasta el primer grado en línea recta, ascendente o descendente, que vivan con él o ella, según el caso, fallecidos en el extranjero o en delegaciones foráneas, incluyendo el traslado de sus restos a México, serán por cuenta de la Secretaría.
