Artículo 123

Artículo 123. Corresponde al Ejecutivo Estatal por conducto de la Coordinación
Estatal y a los Ayuntamientos, formular el Programa Estatal y los Programas
Municipales de Protección Civil respectivamente, los cuales estarán vinculados con
el Programa Nacional de Protección Civil.
Los Programas Municipales de Protección Civil contendrán las políticas, estrategias,
líneas de acción y metas para cumplir con el objetivo de los Sistemas Estatal y
Municipal; según lo dispuesto en su Plan Municipal de Desarrollo.
