Artículo 18

Artículo 18. Las víctimas y la sociedad en general tienen el derecho de conocer los hechos constitutivos del delito y de las violaciones a derechos humanos de que fueron objeto, la identidad de los responsables, las circunstancias que hayan propiciado su comisión, así como tener acceso a la justicia en condiciones de igualdad.
