Artículo Transitorio SEXTO (Febrero 2017)

ARTÍCULO SEXTO. - Los Excedentes Fiscales derivados de Ingresos de libre
disposición a que hace referencia el Artículo 40 Bis, fracción I de la Ley de
Presupuesto, Gasto Público y Responsabilidad Hacendaria del Estado de
Aguascalientes y sus Municipios, podrán destinarse a reducir el Balance
presupuestario de recursos disponibles negativo de ejercicios anteriores, a partir de
la entrada en vigor de esta Ley y hasta el ejercicio fiscal 2022.
