Artículo 42

Artículo 42.
Las ausencias accidentales de la o el secretario y las temporales que no excedan de un mes, serán cubiertas por otro secretario o secretaria, si hubiere dos o más en el mismo juzgado o, en su defecto, por la o el actuario que designe la o el Juez de Distrito respectivo.
