Ley Orgánica para el Congreso del Estado de Morelos
Artículo 131

Artículo *131.- La solicitud para la creación de un municipio indígena, corresponde
a:
I. El Gobernador Constitucional del Estado;
II. Los Diputados al Congreso del Estado, en forma individual o colectiva, y
III. Los representantes de los pueblos o las comunidades indígenas que
pretendan la integración del municipio.
