Artículo 49.- Las Unidades de Género son organismos o comités honorarios que
deberán implementar los Poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, los Órganos
Constitucionales Autónomos y los Ayuntamientos Municipales, mediante los cuales
se busca verificar de manera interna la situación de las relaciones laborales de las
mujeres en su entorno de trabajo.
