Artículo 72.- Solamente podrá organizar un Grupo Financiero la Institución Financiera del Exterior expresamente autorizada en el tratado o acuerdo internacional aplicable, de conformidad con lo que señalen la presente Ley y las reglas a que se refiere el artículo 68 de la presente Ley.
