Artículo 7
Artículo 7. El Reglamento del Servicio Profesional de Carrera debe prever la integración, organización, atribuciones y funcionamiento del Órgano Colegiado del Servicio Profesional de Carrera.
Tratándose de Instituciones Policiales, dicho órgano colegiado debe incluir representación de personal policial.
