Artículo 232.
1. Cuando un proyecto de reforma constitucional, sea declarado suficientemente discutido en lo general y en lo particular, se procederá a votarlo. De no aprobarse se tendrá por desechado conforme lo dispuesto por el
Artículo 72 de la Constitución.
