Artículo 41

Artículo 41.- Los titulares de las Coordinaciones Estatales dependerán de la División de Seguridad Regional y tendrán bajo su responsabilidad administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros asignados en su jurisdicción, así como coordinar, implementar y supervisar las operaciones de las siguientes unidades:
A. OPERATIVAS:
I. Investigación, y
II. Seguridad Preventiva.
B. SERVICIOS:
I. Servicios Generales;
II. Soporte Técnico;
III. Asuntos Jurídicos, y
IV. Enlace y Participación Ciudadana.
Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de la subordinación jerárquica de cada una de esas unidades respecto de las centrales de la Institución, de las que respectiva y funcionalmente forman parte.
