Artículo 130

Artículo 130.- En los contratos de obras y servicios únicamente se reconocerán los siguientes tipos de estimaciones:
I. De trabajos ejecutados;
II. De pago de cantidades adicionales o conceptos no previstos en el catálogo original del contrato;
III. De gastos no recuperables a que alude el artículo 62 de la Ley, y
IV. De los ajustes de costos.
Las estimaciones autorizadas por la residencia se considerarán como documentos independientes entre sí, por lo que cada una podrá ser negociada para efectos de su pago.
