Artículo 178

Artículo 178. La Secretaría podrá establecer Medidas fitosanitarias en los términos del artículo anterior, cuando:
I. Se trate de Plagas o Enfermedades que hayan ingresado a territorio nacional como consecuencia de fenómenos naturales, o
II. Las Plagas o Enfermedades forestales se detecten en las Materias primas y Productos forestales con posterioridad a su ingreso a territorio nacional.
