Artículo 53

Artículo 53. Los servidores públicos a que se refiere el artículo anterior ejercerán las facultades que tengan atribuidas en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal, la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas, el Reglamento Interior de la Secretaría de la Función Pública, así como los demás ordenamientos jurídicos aplicables.
