Artículo 2591

Artículo 259
1. Cuando la Constitución o las leyes prevén la intervención del Senado para aprobar o negar solicitudes de licencia o las renuncias de servidores públicos, el procedimiento se sujeta al ordenamiento relativo y, en lo conducente, a lo que establece este Capítulo.
