Artículo 26
1. Los senadores que al inicio de la legislatura del año de la elección no se integran aun grupo parlamentario deben notificarlo mediante escrito con firma autógrafa dirigido al Presidente, por conducto de la Secretaría General de Servicios Parlamentarios.
