PAGARÉ, CUANDO CARECE DEL REQUISITO DEL LUGAR DE SUSCRIPCIÓN.
Si un pagaré carece del requisito del lugar de suscripción que ordena el artículo 170, fracción V, de la Ley General de Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito, dicha omisión no se subsana con la confesión del signante de haberlo suscrito.
