VIOLACION PROCESAL, DEBE TRASCENDER AL FALLO PARA QUE PROCEDA SU RECLAMACION EN AMPARO.
Es presupuesto necesario que la violación procesal cometida durante el procedimiento trascienda al resultado del fallo, para que sea procedente conceder la protección federal a fin de repararla, pues sería ocioso que se ordenara su reparación si no influiría en el sentido de la resolución que llegara a pronunciarse.
