Tratándose de las injurias como causal de divorcio debe analizarse si las frases proferidas, ofenden o son de uso normal o corriente, tomando en cuenta el grado de educación; de ahí que las expresiones bien conocidas en que se alude a la madre, no pueden considerarse como injuria grave cuando se profieren en un matrimonio de escasa cultura y educación.
