PENSIONES POR VIUDEZ Y ORFANDAD E INDEMNIZACION POR MUERTE DEL TRABAJADOR. SUBROGACION POR EQUIVALENCIA.
Una correcta interpretación de la cláusula 7 del Convenio General de Incorporación al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, de veintinueve de diciembre de mil novecientos ochenta y uno, así como del artículo 60 de la ley de dicho organismo, conducen a estimar que el patrón que inscribió a los trabajadores a su servicio contra los riesgos de trabajo, fue subrogado por el instituto en cuanto a la obligación de indemnizar por muerte por riesgo de trabajo, ya que tales prestaciones se traducen en las pensiones de viudez y orfandad que da este organismo de seguridad social.
