La cita de jurisprudencias y precedentes de la Suprema Corte no sólo es posible hacerla para fundar las sentencias, sino conveniente, pues gracias a ellas es posible adecuar las normas jurídicas a las variadas situaciones concretas que se encuentran regidas por ellas.
