La circunstancia de que actor y demandada hubieran continuado viviendo juntos en el domicilio conyugal, con posterioridad a la fecha en que el demandante fue injuriado por su consorte, no elimina las injurias proferidas, ni vuelve ineficaz el relajamiento operado en las relaciones familiares, que hace imposible la vida conyugal.
